Why people should exercise regularly?

In my opinion people should exercise regurarly for the 5 following reasons:
1. First of all they can get fit
and muscular! 
2. Secondly they can breathe fresh air( If they exercise in the park) ! 
3. They can also enjoy their time by doing something creative and healthy!
4. They can avoid drinks or alcohol!
5. They can find new ''friends'' (Mike you stole it from me I'm sorry!) 
All in al,l I think exercise is better that sitting on a chair
and looking at a dead screen
!!
