Young people must exercise regularly!!!!!

In my opinion I believe that exercise is good for young people because:
- It is good for their health.
- They can avoid bad habits such as eating snacks(like chips,biscuits,chocolate…e.t.c)
- They can have a rest from the every day routine.
- They can spend their time creatively.
- They would be slim.
- They can meet other people.
- Exercising can make them strong and fit.
