Young people must exercise regularly!!!!!

In my opinion I believe that exercise is good for young people because:

  • It is good for their health.  
  • They can avoid bad habits such as eating snacks(like  chips,biscuits,chocolate…e.t.c) 
  • They can have a rest from the every day routine.
  • They can spend their time creatively.
  • They would be slim.
  • They can meet other people.
  • Exercising can make them strong and fit.
