WHY PEOPLE SHOULD TRAIN REGULARLY?

Well, as a matter of fact, I don't think that watching TV and playing computer games is as healthy as training. So, I believe that, we should go to a gym or to a stadium and train because:

1) We become healthier and stronger.

2) We make new "friends".

3) We enjoy and do good to ourselves at the same time.

4) We avoid bad habits.

5) We lose weight "if it's necessary".
